Only for the movies that I've actually watched xP
Warning: Movie spoilers.
1. Spy Next Door
"Former CIA spy Bob Ho takes on his toughest assignment to date: looking after his girlfriend's three kids, who haven't exactly warmed to their mom's beau."
I always loved this genre. You know, mixing spying with the average everyday thing. And I love Jackie Chan. So put the two together, and the movie isn't so bad.. The gadgets are one of the best features of a good spy movie and the gadgets here are pretty cool. Then again, I'm easily impressed so don't take it from me. The general outline of the movie is actually pretty cliched. Like, the spy pretending to be boring and geeky, like Arnold Schwartzenegger did in True Lies (1994). And then, the whole mom's boyfriend taking care of the kids while mom is away, kinda like Ice Cube in Are We There Yet? (2005). But still, it's Jackie Chan and he obviously interpreted and played his role quite differently and I enjoyed his performance very much.
2. Percy Jackson
"A teenager discovers he's the descendant of a Greek god and sets out on an adventure to settle an on-going battle between the gods."
Okay, I'd probably be a bit biased here because I kind of fell in love with Logan Lerman. Lol. He has one of the sexiest smiles on a teen actor that I've seen so far. Of course, his acting is not bad either. He really makes it all realistic. Like, I would imagine if I were in his shoes, I'd probably react the same way, for example, to the pen scene. You know, where Pierce Brosnan/Mr. Brunner tells him to use the pen when he needs it. The realistic approach adds a bit of humour, I think, because people can relate to his reactions. Alexandra Daddario was also not bad. I loved her character, wanting to prove herself to her mom and whatnot. And Steve Coogan and Rosario Dawson were hilarious characters. The fact that Jake Abel, a.k.a. Luke, was the bad guy was totally unexpected from my point of view but I'm kinda slow at putting things together so maybe it's just me.
3. Alice in Wonderland
"19-year-old Alice returns to the magical world from her childhood adventure, where she reunites with her old friends and learns of her true destiny: to end the Red Queen's reign of terror."
I thought the Red Queen was hilarious. I memorized half her lines by the end of the movie. Of course, I've forgotten them all now. Still, I usually only remember a character's lines when I really enjoyed watching them so yeah.. I'm totally not into Anne Hathaway's character though. I was like, "Dude, get off the screen." I'm not anti-Anne Hathaway. Just the opposite. I actually like watching her act. This time, though, her character was just, ugh.. Loved the twins, Tweedledee and Tweedledum. I remembered quite a few of their lines as well. As to the plot itself, it wasn't bad, I suppose. But I don't know. Something about the ending doesn't really click for me. The whole Alice fighting the Jabberwocky and stuff. And Alice ending up planning a trip to China for business. I don't know~
4. How To Train Your Dragon
"A hapless young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons becomes the unlikely friend of a young dragon himself, and learns there may be more to the creatures than he assumed."
I like this movie. There aren't a lot of Viking movies, at least not that I've heard of. So this is quite a novelty. Plus, the fact that it's an animated film goes a long way with me. I love cartoons, especially with animals in them ~_~ I think it's a great concept, the idea of training your own pet which happens to be a really dangerous creature. I'm sure a lot of kids have at least thought about it, if not fantasize about it. I'm guilty as charged. I also love America Ferrera's character, Astrid. She's kinda like Alexandra's character, Annabeth, in Percy Jackson (2010). The whole "just-because-I'm-a-girl-doesn't-mean-I-have-to-stay-home-and-cook" attitude. They're both tough, tougher than the main characters at any rate and I always enjoy watching a little girl power at the movies. I love movies that make me cry, or almost cry. This movie made me almost cry, when we all thought Hiccup died and his dad finally realised his error in judgment. That was so sad. And duh, obviously it's okay to cry during an animated movie.
5. Back-up Plan
"A romantic comedy centered on a woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her dreams on the very same day."
Although I usually hate stereotypes, watching them in a movie never gets old. After all, it's all in good humour. I can't really comment too much on the movie. It's gotten a lot of bad reviews, mainly because it's so stereotypical and patronising on women. I think I focused mostly on the dialogue when I watched the movie. That's how I was able to enjoy it better. The ending was stupid though. =)
6. Karate Kid
"Work causes a single mother to move to China with her young son; in his new home, the boy embraces kung fu, taught to him by a master."
Another Jackie Chan movie. I actually blogged about this movie before about how in love I am with Zhenwei Wang. Lol. Personally, to me, the movie was just another karate kid movie, the characters portrayed differently by different actors. The main difference here is that the rival is really cute, albeit too young for me ^_^ Anyway, plot-wise, it's not bad. Not really into Taraji P. Henson's character. Could be better, I think. I loved the training scenes, especially when Jaden Smith had his hands attached to the two sticks held by Jackie and Jackie held him just above the water. Apa nya urang, rugged.. The final fight was awesome, too. I couldn't help but find that Zhenwei was completely adorable when he showed surprise at Rongguang Yu's order to hurt Jaden on his broken leg. He WAS good inside, after all. However, I think my favorite scene is when the bad boys encounter Jackie's character for the first time. Jackie Chan is just awesome.
7. The A-Team
"A group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed."
I gotta say, this is one of the best movies of 2010. I absolutely enjoyed it and I have not heard one person complain about it. The action was great, the comedy was funny, and Bradley Cooper and Sharlto Copley are not bad-looking =P Plus, I absolutely loved both their characters. They're my favorites not because of what they look like but because they're really funny. I loved Sharlto's first appearance and the first time we see him fly a helicopter. That was hilarious. Their group leader, Liam Neeson, too, is quite an awesome character, with his cool craziness and whatnot. Jessica Biel wasn't bad either but she's not exactly on my top ten favorite things about the movie.
8. Toy Story 3
"The toys are mistakenly delivered to a day-care center instead of the attic right before Andy leaves for college, and it's up to Woody to convince the other toys that they weren't abandoned and to return home."
Another great 2010 animated movie, although this far surpasses How To Train Your Dragon (2010) in terms of quality, I'm sorry to say. This was just awesome! I nearly cried twice, which is twice the times I nearly cried for the aforementioned Dragon movie. Lol. Sorry, the title's too long and I'm too lazy to type the whole thing. Anyway, Buzz Lightyear's character was hilarious this year, what with the Spanish mechanism on and everything. It was also quite funny to see the Ken & Barbie romance playing out. Cute. I loved the scene where Woody convinces Big Baby that Lotso was evil. That was so heart-wrenching. Poor Big Baby! I hate the ending, though. Why did Andy give Woody away too??? I also hate the fact that Bo Peep's gone prior to the movie. I'd love to watch Woody and Bo Peep together again. They're so adorable, for a couple of toys.
9. Knight and Day
"June Havens finds her everyday life tangled with that of a secret agent who has realized he isn't supposed to survive his latest mission."
This movie was so funny! I'm surprised at the lack of reaction in the cinema. I swear, when I was watching this, it was mostly me, my cousin and my friend laughing throughout the movie -___-' Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz work pretty well together, in my opinion. Their interaction was just too cute in the movie. I don't know if it was the directing, the writing or the acting itself that just made the movie work so well. Regardless of what most people have said to me about it, I myself am quite satisfied with the result.
10. Twilight 3: Eclipse
"As a string of mysterious killings grips Seattle, Bella, whose high school graduation is fast approaching, is forced to choose between her love for vampire Edward and her friendship with werewolf Jacob."
I'm not saying this because I totally prefer Harry Potter (which I do), but this is my honest opinion. The movie kinda sucked. I nearly fell asleep watching it XD I mean, there were a few amusing dialogues but that's it. Even the action was kind of slow to me. I don't think they made the right choice in showing some of the action moves in slow motion. It kinda ruined it for me. I haven't been a big fan of Robert Pattinson, especially since the second Twilight movie. This third installment has not helped to improve that, sorry to say. The wolves were cool though. Mostly what amused me was the fact that Taylor Lautner's character kept taking full advantage of anything he could do to annoy Edward. I'm not really into Julia Jones's character though. I kinda imagined Leah totally differently based on the book. And yes, I did read the Twilight books prior to watching the movie.
11. Last Airbender
"The story follows the adventures of Aang, a young successor to a long line of Avatars, who must put his childhood ways aside and stop the Fire Nation from enslaving the Water, Earth and Air nations."
Well, it wasn't too bad, I suppose. I like Nicola Peltz a.k.a. Katara. I want her to end up with Prince Zuko (Dev Patel). Lol. Yes, I do enjoy a bit of romance in every movie. I wasn't so impressed with the beginning of the movie. It didn't really capture my attention. It looked more like a documentary in Antarctica to me. I actually thought it was another advert before the movie really began. Sorry. I loved Dev's character, though. The whole evil prince with a twist thing. I really hadn't expected him to be the one to rescue Noah Ringer's character, Aang. I don't know if that was part of the cartoon series, though. I never watched it. Anyway, not totally into Noah Ringer himself.
12. Despicable Me
"When a criminal mastermind uses a trio of orphan girls as pawns for a grand scheme, he finds himself profoundly changed by the growing love between them."
Aww.. This movie was really cute. It's hilarious that Gru is so bent on capturing the moon ^___^' I guess it shows that even the bad guys have dreams of their own. My favorite character is probably Agnes, especially with her unicorn song. It's no wonder Gru fell in love with the three of them. Anyone would, I'm sure. I love the concept of the movie because although Gru initially only wanted to use the girls, the idea of adoption itself is a very sweet thing. I think that's what makes me love the movie so much.
13. The Sorcerer's Apprentice
"Master sorcerer Balthazar Blake recruits a seemingly everyday guy in his mission to defend New York City from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath."
I was really looking forward to watching this movie prior to actually watching it. It's not as great as I expected but still not bad. I always enjoy watching Nicholas Cage act. And I actually enjoyed Teresa Palmer's character here :D I loved that they put in the mop scene from Mickey Mouse in here. That made the movie totally classic. My second favorite scene would be when Jay Baruchel shows off his invention using the electric currents thingy that plays music. I forgot what it was. But it was totally cool. I mean, if a guy tried to impress using that, I'd be totally, totally impressed. I also love Omar Benson Miller's character. He's funny!
14. Salt
"A CIA agent goes on the run after a defector accuses her of being a Russian spy."
I'm not really into this movie. The action's great but I don't know. It's not a totally awesome movie for me. I did love the twist at the end where it turns out Liev Shreiber's character is also a traitor, though. Lol. That was unexpected. The assassination was also really cool. Of course Evelyn Salt pulled it off. She's Angelina Jolie after all. And the fact that she didn't kill her boss was a nice trick. I really thought she was innocent at first. Smart move there. Basically, that's it for me. I've never really enjoyed Jolie movies except for Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005).
Last but not least;
15. Tekken
"About a young man who is driven to vengeance when his mother is executed."
Can I just spazz for a second here? Just a second. EEEEEE!!! JIN!! SO CUTE! I'M IN LOVE! YOU IS AWESOMENESS COME TO LIFE! I LOVE YOU!!! >_<' Okay. Thanks. But seriously though, Jon Foo is SO cute here. I guess most people didn't enjoy the movie much, or didn't think it did Tekken any justice, but in my opinion, Jon made up for everything missing in it. It's my favorite movie of the year. Sorry for the bias. I guess I never really let go of my fangirl instincts. Now I hate Kelly Overton. Sorry. Anyway, I loved all the fight scenes. Rugged yo... Obviously they wouldn't have any powers here. They were probably trying to make it more realistic. It worked, I think. Lol. Sorry. I'm still being biased. I love Nina and Anna Williams here. I always loved playing Nina. Although I don't care much for the fact that she tried to assassinate Jin.. --'
Okay, I don't think I can write a more neutral review on this and I don't think you'd appreciate me fangirling too much. So that's me being done.
So, I'm sure most of you know I am now back in school...
I'll tell you one thing. I'm really very happy and grateful that I got accepted into UBD but it's no fun and games.
After months of inactivity, tarus-tarus macam-macam kan ku buat.. It's kinda scary when you think about it..
So far, I've already done two presentations and I've got a report due Monday.
The first presentation was for MIB and I did it in a group.. Siuk plang.. I was really nervous since I hadn't presented in a long while and never in Malay. On the morning of the presentation, during sahur, I nearly cried because I could barely talk! The previous day, I'd coughed a lot and it must've done some damage to my voicebox or something. Takut brabis ku sudah.. How was I supposed to present like that?? Then I arrived late cause I was accompanying Irah to look for the place for her one-day orientation into the UniBridge program. I had to run all the way to my building in my baju kurung. Nasib jua durang alum stat.. The teacher had just finished settling down, I think. By the time I got there, I was so breathless. And I could tell the others were nervous about me being late. Masa aku masuk, nampak wa durang semua sigh with relief... Lol. And somehow, my voice was loud and clear somewhat, even though when we practised the day before, my voice wasn't always clear and stuff... Thank you, Allah.. :-D
For my second presentation, I wasn't ready at all! Malam kan presentation atu, baru ku stat membuat hohoho~ Partly cause I was lazy, partly cause after my MIB presentation, I got kinda sick and couldn't concentrate on doing it. Luckily, we didn't need to use slides. So basically, my presentation was on a piece of paper, written with a pencil. Nasib jua kebanyakan contoh-contoh ku atu aku ingat.. I'd stayed up the night before to do it.. I only slept every half hour lol... I didn't write a conclusion but I was lucky to get that far anyway so, you know~
Ani laporan lagi untuk presentation MIB.. It's due on Monday but my group are meeting tomorrow to compile them and make sure our information don't overlap with each other and stuff... I haven't started lol. I'm planning to do it in the morning at school and pray I finish by the time everyone else arrives.
Aku alum ikut apa-apa CCA. My adoptive brother keep trying to get me to join the music club.. I don't know though.. I really wanted to join the dance club as well but it's consists of both traditional and modern dance. Aku ani kan modern dance, jantah dulu... Shau suggested I join the Volunteer and Charity Club but I wasn't sure where their room was. I'll try asking again later... Poopoo also suggested I start a Writers' Club.. Mau plang ku hehehe but we'll see. It would be fun though..
I guess that's all for now. Malas ku kan becakap pasal laki2nya ahhahaha kays, see ya!
*sigh*
I've been hearing a lot of stories about people not being over their exes.
Even more than one friend of mine is having trouble with this. *sigh* Bukan plang aku malas kan mendangar masalahnya ah.. It's just that I don't see why the problems have to exist in the first place.
First of all, if you got dumped, you have to try and understand their reasons for dumping you... Durang kan bebas lah.. They don't have feelings for you anymore. They found another guy/girl (stupid reason).. Etc...
Then, lapas paham banar2 udah kenapa durang putuskan atu, the next step is to GET OVER IT..
Here's a DON'T:
- Don't keep contacting them. Apatah lagi mun durang inda melayan.. It just means that they DON'T wanna be just friends. They just wanna forget you and move on..
In the case of you being the dumper, kalau kamu atu kira kan putus skajap kah saja, then make it EXTREMELY clear that that's your plan.. Make it clear that you just need time for studies or whatever it is you're leaving them for... And if THEY don't understand, well, they should've read the first part of this blog post.. Lol.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! XDD
Sorry lol... Had to start my post with that..
I always check my blog before I put up any new posts and I immediately saw Zhenwei's picture, he's so cute so I had to laugh hahaha!
Anyway, I feel guilty for including that due to the nature of what I'm actually planning to write on.. Lol.. Sorry.
Hmm.. I don't know why but for some reason lately I keep bumping into these articles about whether having a relationship prior to marriage was halal or haram so I decided to write about it now.
So, most of the articles that I found say that having a relationship is haram because of what it can lead to... I totally get that.. Some people say, "Inda papa tu... Nada kami buat apa2 kali ah.." But you never know, right..
The thing is that we don't realize the sin we can commit just using our eyes, our tongue, and our intentions. One of the articles that I read said that it's okay to have a relationship if you can blind your eyes, blind your tongue, and blind your intentions from any kind of maksiat.. But that's kind of hard to do, don't you think?
I mean, what would that even mean exactly? Blind your eyes from looking at his appearance, because you're either mesmerized by his good looks or you're judging him based on appearance. But how can you avoid that?
Blind your tongue. I'm not even sure what that means. What is it that we say to our 'significant other' that we shouldn't be saying at all? I'm not even sure.
As for blinding our intentions, well, I suppose that's clear enough.. What is our intention in having a relationship with the other person? Isn't the main point of marriage is to either avoid doing any sins by doing it only with your husband/wife or to have 'eyelight' (cahaya mata XD)?
For the first reason, to avoid performing acts of sin, um, I suppose you don't have to be choosy for that.. Lol. I mean, entah.. Hahaha I'm not entirely sure what that actually means. I mean, entah.. Err.. I'm terrible at explaining myself =.="
As for the second reason, you need to make sure that you're choosing the right person to have children with, the right person who you believe will be a good father/mother to your children. But how would you even know that? You would need to make sure that you will have a good relationship with the other person in order to ensure a healthy childhood for your children..
Actually, you know what? I just solved my own problem, lol!
My point in this post was to ask how a person would know that another person would be a good partner in marriage without having a relationship prior to that..
My answer to my own question would be that being friends would be enough to know. After all, as friends, you're less likely to try to impress the other with attributes that you don't even have.
I think that you'd be more honest with a friend than with a boyfriend, you can trust a friend more because they wouldn't have much reason to betray you as long as you treat them right.
Having a boyfriend doesn't ensure happiness, after all. You're always worried about him going off with some other girl...
With a friend, you have no such worries because you don't put restraints on the other.
Wow, why didn't I think of this before? Lol! I don't even know if I'm putting my point across clearly enough for anyone else to understand..
The main point is that I understand myself wahaha~
I watched The Karate Kid on Wednesday.
I mentioned in my last post that I went out with my friends.
That is what we did.. We watched a movie. The Karate Kid..
I hadn't wanted to watch it initially. I kept hearing bad reviews about it..
But it had been the birthday girl's wish so I just went along with it.. Ain't I sweet? XP
Anyway, I so did not regret watching it.. I fell in love with Dre's (the main character) counterpart, Cheng.
Cheng, who's real name is Zhenwei Wang, is so cute. And so hot doing all the kung fu stunts, the kicks and so on..
Fad didn't get it though.. Either it's because she's not that into Chinese people like I am, or she's just biased cause his character was bad in the movie.
He was kinda scary in the competition though.. Kinda like this fighting monster that wouldn't stop until it completely destroyed whatever it was fighting.
But Zhenwei was so hot doing it.. Lol!! I don't care what you say. I know he's like 14 or 15. And I know I'm 19... And I don't care if you call me a cougar for it..
What did Jacob say in the second Twilight Saga? "Age is just a number, baby." HAHA! And I don't know what it is about numbers that turn people off anyway.
Just because a guy is older than you doesn't make him more mature. And just because a guy is younger than you, it doesn't make him less experienced.. You never know, you might be surprised at the great potential you turn down because of his age.
Sorry for the ranting. Was just talking about this with mom this afternoon after watching the iklan for Cougar Town lol...
Anywho, my point is that Zhenwei, regardless of his age and race, is totally cute and was pretty hot when he did the chopping kick. And if he was 19, I'd love him even more. ;D
I miss doing the chopping kick. I took tae kwon do lessons when I was in Form 3 with my cousins. My kick wasn't perfect but I could definitely kick higher then compared to know. I could even almost do the split.. Instead, just last year, I sent my sensei, or senpai or whatever lol, flying during one of our karate sessions. *sigh* Miss the old days.
On the 3rd of July, SMARTER is going to have a sort of camp-out for the students.
They're gonna organize a lot of activities for the kids. One of these activities is a performance.
Hand-miming. Pernah jua kamu meliat kali ah yang performance yang nampak tangan ganya atu... The hands act out whatever the story is.
We're doing that. The performance is actually only for the siblings of the students. Inda cukup urang tapinya yatah aku kana suruh ikut. It's actually pretty cool.
They gave us all white gloves and we're performing under purple UV lights. We're gonna wear all black so that the audience can't see us.
We're performing a song. What was the name of the song again? I forgot. Jap ah.. Google dulu :D
Found it! It's The Gift by Jimmy Osmond..
Aww.. Baik jua si Amal atu mencarikan videonya untuk kamu... HAHA macam apa~
Anyway, the performance is nice. Our practice last night was actually pretty good.. Hopefully we'll do just as good without having to look at the mirror...
In addition to the practice, siuk kami bemain di centre ah.. We have to wait until everybody comes before we can start so we take advantage of people's tardiness to play around.
There's this giant trampoline that is like, awesome to play on. And they have this box filled with small balls which is awesome to jump into! And ada macam ayun-ayun which is awesome to play on!!
I'm getting way too excited. Lol.
So this afternoon, I went to watch Knight & Day with my two cousins and a couple of friends.
Actually, I've heard a lot of bad comments about it.. Ramai urang keborengan.. :[ But there were some good reviews as well so malas tia ku ingau...
Liat saja sendiri... Inda ja? lol (for those who haven't watched the movie, please stop reading cause there are going to be spoilers)
I actually LOVED the movie. It's really, really funny.
Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz work well together and I just love their characters.
I think that, in the theatre today, only Irah, my friend and I were lmao-ing the whole time.
There were just too many funny parts. Like when Cameron's character, June, got high on some truth serum.
I loved the part where Roy (Tom, duh) was counting to three and June just panicked and got out of their cover too early and when Roy called her name and she started shooting everywhere :D
Loved when Roy landed on top of the car while she was driving from the backseat. And when Roy followed her everywhere to keep her safe. Oh, I LOVE the fact that he did everything to make sure June got home safely.
I LOVE TOM CRUISE! HAHAHA! He's so cute man.. I don't care how old he is. He's funny and cute and awesome. I love when he drugged Cameron and held her in his arms. Wow. *drools* I love when all the bad guys thought he was dead and he was standing on the roof of Antonio What's-His-Name looking all hot XD
My favorite, favorite part was this (or something like this. I'm too lazy to check for the actual quote :P):
June: Roy.
Roy: Not now, June. Come on. *rushes off to hide near the entrance*
June: Roy. *whispers*
Roy: Come on, June! *beckons*
June: Roy. You don't seem very happy to see me.
Roy: *pauses, then walks over to June slowly* I'm. Very happy, to see you. *kisses June*
XD Awwwww... OMG. So sweet meh.. lol! Lovin' it!!
First of all, let me rant..
I'm a hypocrite, lol. I know that..
I know that I get upset when the person I'm upset with doesn't realise that I'm upset or can't tell what I'm upset about..
Recently, I've been trying to change that.. But apparently, my friend has seen fit to balas arah aku... Not that he/she/it pernah merasai pulang aku sasak atu...
I think I kind of hurt his/her/its feelings tapi ia cakap it's okay and told me to forget it.. Fine, I tried.. But then, he/she/it ani macam lain tia cara ya melayan aku...
I mean, we have kind of a laidback relationship. Chill saja bah.. We're not usually serious around each other lol... So ani macam entah.. He/she/it is acting like he/she/it's fine but caranya betext in a different way.
Apakan aku ah.. I know. I sound like a high school girl complaining about her boyfriend XD But I don't normally have this kind of problem with my friends. =.= So yatah aku macam blank sikit HAHAHA~
Okay whatever... I've gotten that out of my system. Now on to the topic of discussion..
The other day I got some food from my quarter, si Fad.. She'd made oreo cake pudding and showed me the picture so I was so very the teseliur that I asked her to make some for me. Well, kind of begged plang hahah yes, aku inda tau malu... Whatever...
Anyway, skalinya masatu aku ambil... Tapi rupanya her cousin took it and she had to give me the strawberry pudding thing instead.. Lupaku namanya. Nyaman plang. And if you guys saw my status that night, I now know how strawberry covered in chocolate tastes like. *is proud*
BUT, I was supposed to deliver to Aidah jua HAHAHA tapi aher udah.. Sorry Aidah..
Fad also inserted "lasagna"nya. I was so excited to eat it.. So the next afternoon, baru ku makan.. Kira out of guilt that Aidah didn't get her pudding cause kami takut bangas if wait the next day to antar arah ia. Sorry again, my friend!! ;P
Skalinya aku makan.. It tasted lain wa. Even looked different.. So not lasagna man.. But I ate anyway. Actually aku inda kenyamanan langsung, sorry to say lol... Inda ku teabis sebenarnya.
Later on, I found out rupanya banar bukan lasagna HAHAHAHAHA dayum~
It turned out to be carbonara, which I actually told Fad the day before I didn't really like lol... Patuttah..
It's not that I'm insulting Fad's cooking. It's just that I really don't like carbonara. Just like I don't like cheese but I will eat it when my sister makes her specialty cake and pudding, both of which have an abundance of cheese on them. Lol...
So, note to you guys, I don't like cheese or carbonara lol... OR butter chicken or butter milk chicken or whatever yang buttery atu hahaha butter bun and butter milk bun saja aku suka :P
Anyway, thanks Fad SO MUCH for the food.. Even though I don't like carbonara and I didn't get the oreo pudding, your efforts meant a lot.. No wonder you're my quarter hehehe but you should feel lucky yang ko bukan my real sister cause otherwise, I will make you cook for me all the time hahahaha!
And Aidah, sorry you didn't get the pudding hehehehe love you! XD
I'm really starting to enjoy writing in this blog again.. :D
Anyway, I'm going to KL this afternoon.. The flight is at 3 and we're going to the airport at 1.
The reason we're going there is because we're sending my brother off to study at MMU... I'm so envious~
The funny thing is that he doesn't really wanna go... I wanna go... I guess we don't all get what we want.. Lol..
So we're all going except for my oldest sister, my youngest sister and my grandmother... I'm sorry, Syakirah.. For leaving you with them. :\
She came to my room before she went to school a few minutes ago... She had tears in her eyes. She's so gonna miss our brother... As will I... We're both really sad about losing him :(
I'm kind of annoyed, to tell the truth, when urang bekirim barang arah aku... Cause I'm not going there for a holiday. This will a bit of an emotional trip for me because of a few reasons.
My brother and I went out tadi on a few errands. Abang was so emo tadi lol. He's really gonna miss a lot of things. And a lot of things are gonna miss him back. (List includes people.)
Well, lunch is over... It's a quarter past 12.. We're leaving at 1. So I should pack up the last of my stuff and get ready. Bye. :P
You might say I'm not grateful for the break.
You'd be wrong. I'm happy to get a break from school...
But.. six months? Six whole months? Of nothing to do? Of having no obligations?
For six whole months, there has hardly been a break from the monotous existence of Krae A. Fitr...
There was, of course, the volunteer work at PE. But after a while, even there I became lifeless. The place became more of a hangout pad outside of home.
I have gone out several times, but not very often.. At most, I'd go out to pick up my sister from school... I don't really consider that as going out, though. I'm not often allowed to go out..
I need a reason to go out, unless I'm out with one of my older siblings. I'm not doing ANYTHING here. I am bored of being in the TV room where other people have control over which channels to watch.. I'm bored of sitting around and staring at the TV and I've run out of books to read..
I'm left alone to wallow in the misery that often accompanies a significant period of time spent in boredom.
Yes, people. I am miserable. I am cranky. I am super lazy. And, more than that, I. Am. BORED..
I don't even have anything to blog about anymore. Look at the topic of this entry. I'm blogging about BEING BORED!! That.. is how bored I am.
Here's an image of what I'm doing exactly right now:
Sitting in the TV room. The TV is off... There is no one about.. If anyone entered the room, they would hear only the tapping of my fingers on the keyboard and the background noise of the air-conditioner... I am now typing this blog entry with all the relish of someone who literally has nothing better to do... In another tab of this same window in which I type, is a dress up game waiting to be played.. Yes, I am currently playing a dress up game. Before that, I was playing an online tetris game. My earpiece is plugged into my ears and music is playing, currently I am listening to Away From The Sun by 3 Doors Down..
Oh. My. God..
I'm getting desperate, aren't I?..
I don't even wanna stop writing in this entry because it would mean that I would have to find something else to do other than dressing up naked dolls online.
Lol... That was funny. At least, to me it is.
I'll stop now before you actually start to feel sorry for me.
Bye. xD
